These are rapid growing climbing aroids and one of our favorites. Known for their silvery appearance, we've rarely seen this variety in cultivation. Their leaves transform when they fully mature and produce fenestration. 

Care

Like most climbing Monstera, these would prefer a moss pole or surface to climb as this can produce larger foliage. Water when first 2" of soil is dry. Avoid any harsh direct sun and keep in a bright filtered space. When repotting, use a coarse well-draining soil mix.
