Yes! We just have a few shopping guidelines in place if you shop in-store with us. Please click here to check them out before stopping by!
We offer no contact pick up in the cart section at checkout for up to a week after purchase. Pickups are available anytime within our normal business hours, everyday from 11AM to 6PM, and are available at our front counter inside. Just ask for your name or order number when you arrive! If you need contact-less pickup, please give our shop a call at (503)-719-4763 when you arrive and we can bring you your order outside. If your order is not picked up within a week of the original purchase your order will be canceled and refunded.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or give us a call at (503)-719-4763 during our business hours and we can check for you! We can even set up with an invoice and schedule a pickup! We are also able to hold plants in the shop for up to 24 hours. Unfortunately though, we are not able to pre-sell or hold any of our more limited plants to keep things fair for everyone.
Unfortunately we do not have a way to notify for specific plants, however we update our online store regularly. If you are signed up for our mailing list you will always get first notice when new plants will go live on the site!
We can accept returns on any unused ceramics or hard goods for up to 2 weeks after the original purchase.
We only accept returns for plants 24 hours after purchase. We are unable to accept anything outside of this window due to the unknown environment plants can be exposed to after leaving our shop.

All of our sales for online shipments are final. We always try to ensure the best quality and customer experience! If you need to cancel an order before it ships, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org! If live plants arrive damaged please shoot us an email and a photo of how it arrived as soon as possible. From here we can work with you to see if we need to file a claim with the shipping company or if the damage was on our end.
We are not responsible for incorrect address entry.
Unfortunately, there is not much we can do on our end about Postal Service delays until a package arrives or is deemed lost.
We take the time to carefully wrap each and every plant! We cover the soil with moss and tape it down to prevent any soil from spilling or drying out (we recommend removing this moss upon arrival for proper soil aeration!). We then wrap the entire plant and nursery pot in a paper sleeve to secure the plant in a shipping box to prevent moving or shifting during transit. During the colder months (roughly October through March) we include 72 hour heat packs in plant shipments. In the season transition periods we will check your area to make sure if you order will need one.

All of our packing material is recyclable or biodegradable! We use cellophane packing tape, recycled craft paper, as well as biodegradable box tape.
We breakdown our shipping by quantity and location (local Oregon rates are significantly lower when entering shipping info at checkout!).

Please allow 5 to 8 business days for processing! We only process orders on Mondays (barring federal holidays) to ensure your item arrives before the weekend and avoid potential transit delays. If you place your order on a Monday after 2PM PST your order will not be processed until the following Monday. We work exclusively with USPS Priority Mail for plants which delivers roughly in 2 to 3 days time.
We are unable to ship plants outside of the continental US.
However, we can ship our merch internationally! If you are interested in something, please email us at email@example.com and we can set you up with an order!
