We are currently looking for a new member to bring onto our team! The job position available is for a part-time plant maintenance specialist. Someone who is passionate about plants and cares for the local businesses we provide greenery services for. Here at Arium, we pride ourselves heavily on providing well maintained greenery in restaurants, offices, and homes.
OPEN POSITION (4/17/25):
Part-Time Account Maintenance
This is exclusively a remote position! Work does not occur in our retail location and requires travel to multiple locations within the Portland Metro area.
Part-time Account Maintenance Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the health of plants at our accounts such as watering, pruning, cleaning, or pest management.
- Consistent communication with Account Maintenance & Installations teams.
- Taking notes on account maintenance tasks for the week to assure no tasks or issues are missed.
- Occasional direct communication with clients in regards to plant maintenance services.
Requirements:

Getting hands on and dirty with plants! (repotting, ect.)

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Must have own method of transportation.

Prior plant care experience and general plant knowledge.

Pest identification and management skills.

Personable and willingness to engage with clients.

Ability to be flexible in shifting between multiple tasks and recognize which tasks take priority.
- Must be self motivated and able to work alone most shifts.
Pay & Hours:
- Starting at $18/hr
- 10-15 hours a week.
- 7 Days Paid Sick
