Please allow 5 to 8 business days for processing! We only process orders on Mondays (barring federal holidays) to avoid potential transit delays and ensure your item arrives before the weekend. If you place your order on a Monday after 2 PM PST your order will not be processed until the following Monday. We ship with USPS Priority Mail for plants, which delivers roughly within 2 to 3 days time depending on your region.

Process: We take the time to carefully wrap each and every plant! We cover the soil with moss and tape it over to prevent any soil from spilling or drying out. We then wrap the entire plant in packaging paper, then tape it in the box to prevent moving or shifting during shipment. All of our packing material is recyclable or biodegradable! We use cellophane packing tape, recycled craft paper, as well as biodegradable box tape.

Heat Packs: During the colder months (roughly October through March) we include a complimentary 72 hour heat pack in plant shipments. In the season transition periods we will check your area to make sure if you order will need one.
