This is one of our all time favorite Hoya. They are great for beginners and should have a place in every collectors display as well! They are a fast growing vine that naturally trellis well. As the name might have given away, this Hoya is native to tropical parts of Australia.
Care
Australis usually tend do require a bit more water than your average Hoya. We recommend watering around every 10-12 days as the soil dries out and the foliage starts to feel limp. These will not want to be in scorching direct sun like some Hoyas, but a nice bright light will cause them to blush with darker colors! When repotting, be sure to use a semi-coarse soil medium that will drain well.
All of our plants are ethically sourced from certified U.S. nurseries. We strongly condemn the poaching of plants or wild collection. This is one of our all time favorite Hoya.
