This Euphorbia looks like a pot of dead sticks, but we LOVE it! This funky plant is endemic to Madagascar growing in forests of Alluaudia. It gets a lovely deep purple tan when exposed to strong sun. Unusual to see in cultivation! PLEASE NOTE, Euphorbia sap in general ARE HIGHLY TOXIC. Do not snag one of these if your pet is a known chewer!
These will do best in a very bright light if not partial direct sun. Water roughly every 10-14 during the spring and summer when the soil is dry or the foliage feels limp. Watering can be cut back to every 3-4 weeks come the winter time when they are dormant. When repotting, use a coarse cacti soil medium.
All of our plants are ethically sourced from certified U.S. nurseries. We strongly condemn the poaching of plants or wild collection.
