This variety of Monstera has variegated oval leaves. We've found this variety to be a rapid grower. Like most aroids, it'll appreciate a moss pole or support of any kind to grow more mature.
Care
These like semi bright indirect light with no full sun. When re-potting use a semi-coarse soil that will drain water well. Water when first 2" of soil is dry, which may roughly be about once a week depending on your home environment. These would thrive when given a surface like a moss pole to climb!
