These will not want to be in scorching direct sun, but a nice bright filtered light or even dappled sun. Hoya serpens prefer to not dry out for too long, as they are used to more humid conditions. This may be around 7-10 days depending on your home environment. A good indicator when they are thirsty is when the the foliage starts to feel limp and slightly flexible. When repotting, be sure to use a semi-coarse, chunky soil medium that will drain water well.
