An absolute classic houseplant. This species is commonly grown like a bonsai to develop thick trunks. They all look like they are striking a pose! If you continue to chop their trunk back, that will encourage the trunk to get bigger.
These prefer VERY BRIGHT indirect light but they can handle 2-3 hours of direct sun in the morning or evening. We would not recomend these if you do not have a bright space! These can usually go 3/4 of the way dry in the soil before getting a full watering. These may brought be every 7-10 days. When re-potting use a semi-coarse soil. All of our plants are ethically sourced from certified U.S. nurseries. We strongly condemn the poaching of plants or wild collection.
