This is a really incredible euphorbia species. These are an example convergent evolution between cacti and euphorbia as they carry stark similarities to barrel cacti of the Americas . Low growing clumping species which is really easy to propagate from the pups you will get off the mother plant. PLEASE NOTE THESE ARE HIGHLY TOXIC Do not snag one of these if your pet is a known chewer.

Euphorbia like this variety will need bright filtered light and or direct sun. When repotting use a very coarse soil medium/cacti soil. Water roughly every 3 weeks in the spring and summer and cut back watering to once a month in the fall and winter. The goal is not over watering but just because it's an arid growing plant does not mean never watering then. Underwatering can be equally detrimental to the plants root systems.
