These little stars are in the bromeliad family. Their leathery leaves have white stripes that makes their dark green leaves look almost black! A nice bright filtered light will maintain their bright color!
These will do best in a bright filtered light. Too much direct sun can potentially bleach it's foliage! They do not like their soil to dry out all the way, so light watering is recommended when the top inch is dry roughly every 5 days in the warmer months. When repotting, use an all-purpose soil medium. All of our plants are ethically sourced from certified U.S. nurseries. We strongly condemn the poaching of plants or wild collection.
