A gorgeous dark velvety anthurium. The veining on the leaves sparkle like shining crystals! Anthurium papillilaminum is known to have darker leaves with a slightly red emergant leaf, whereas Anthurium red crystallinums emergent leaf is a very red leaf!
Care:
These are going to need a bright filtered light out of direct sun as well as a nice level of humidity. They would love an enclosed environment, though is certainly not required. These are currently potted in sphagnum moss and would happily spend the rest of their lives in this medium when kept slightly moist. They would appreciate being watered once every 7-10 days. We grow all of ours in a very coarse aroid mix and have had amazing results!
All of our plants are ethically sourced from certified U.S. nurseries. We strongly condemn the poaching of plants or wild collection.
