Refunds or Returns

We are happy to help to make sure you are satisfied with the product you receive from us at the end of the day. 

For all plants we only accept a 24 hour full return period due to a plethora of environmental and care factors. If you're plant is showing signs of decline after 1-2 weeks we ask you send us photos or bring it in and we can see how we can help care tip wise or if the issue was initially was caused by us.

In the plant industry there are hundreds of plants being sourced at a time although we do our best very rarely a pest may sneak their way onto a plant. We strive to have clean quality plants but nor us or the nurseries can keep every bug out of their facilities. If you find pests on your plant immediately email us photos, bring it in, or give us a call. We are happy to help.  

We only ask to provide photos and receipt or bank statement transaction to move forward if the issue or return is after that 24 hour period.
