Rhipsalis have always had a soft spot in our hearts. Like many jungle cacti, these will grow high up in the canopy amongst ferns and orchids and cascade down from branches like a chandelier. These eventually will shoot out these long stems and produce that chandelier like growth with strong light.
Care
Since Rhipsalis are semi-succulent like, they can be treated very similarly! They will like a nice bright filtered light. They can go nearly fully dry in the soil between waterings. This may be roughly 10-14 days depending on your home environment. Old growth will become slightly squishy to the touch when they are thirsty, so this can be a good indicator to feel on when to water! When re-potting, use a semi-coarse soil mix that will drain water well.
