Peperomia "Dark Emerald"
Known for its dark near black foliage this is a great houseplant and good intro into the Peperomia genus. This is a cultivar of the widely hybridized species Peperomia caperata.
Peperomias can be treated somewhat like succulents due to their plump foliage. They will like to go on the drier side which may be roughly every 10-12 days. They can also show signs of wilting when they are thirsty! They will also do best in a bright filtered light to some soft morning sun. When repotting, they will prefer a coarse soil that will be well draining.
All of our plants are ethically sourced from certified U.S. nurseries. We strongly condemn the poaching of plants or wild collection.
