Copiapoa hypogaea barquitensis
This spiky fuzzy cluster is native to parts of Coastal Chile. They have a brown/grey coloration and black spines with fuzz at the base of the aerials. These often will develop offsets at the base and are fairly easy to propagate. These thrive in very intense light and the coloration becomes more pronounced. This genus is incredibly durable and is known for its versatility in a wide variety of conditions. This is a must have for any collection and we are excited to share them with you!
Water every 12 days during the hot summers and every 3-4 weeks *In winter*. Provide strong direct sun or bright filter light. With strong sun the plant will become a higher color intensity of pink.
