Anthurium bonplandii ssp. guayana "Cobra"
You could easily mistake this self heading Anthurium for a snake! It's foliage emerges has a bright red before hardening off to a ripply dark green. It can grow fairly large as well given the right conditions! It is a very easy variety to care for.
Care:
Anthurium like this one will like a bright filtered light out of direct sun. Full waterings should only occur when the top 2-3" of the soil are dry, which may roughly be 7-10 days. Birds nest Anthuriums are notorious for having THICK bound root systems, so sometimes they can dry out quicker. When repotting, use a semi coarse and chunky soil medium.
