RESPECT AND INTENTION 

We’ve been playing around with different coffees, methods, and roasters. It’s essential to always trust your tongue and senses before any numbers or readings. Here at Intent we only wish to represent the coffees’ incredibly long and painstaking journey. A coffee starts as a seed then a coffee farmer and their hands have to wait 3-5 years to produce great cherries along with putting their livelihoods at risk for the sake of the specialty coffee market. That coffee is then skillfully processed, dried, then imported to various countries. From there a roaster curates and skillfully roasts the coffee to emphasize that journey. Finally it’s the baristas job to respect that journey with utmost importance and showcase a beverage years in the making.
